Darin Gardner/John Benton, hereafter "Seller," the breeder/owner of the Boston Terrier Puppy (described above) and ___________________, hereafter "Buyer," do enter into an agreement for the purpose of transferring ownership of the puppy. The purchase price of this puppy is $_______: $200 to be paid as a deposit and the balance of $_______ to be paid at the time of transfer of ownership. The Buyer agrees to accept ownership and responsibility for the puppy. Copies of the parents AKC registration are included with the puppy. The Buyer certifies, by signing this contract, that he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase and that he will not resell, or otherwise give up ownership, of the puppy. If the Buyer ever wishes to sell or give up this puppy, he will contact the Seller, in writing, before taking any action. The Buyer certifies, by signing this contract, that the puppy will live with the Buyer, be confined by a fenced yard, will have adequate exercise, nutritious food, and necessary healthcare, including yearly vaccinations. The Buyer also certifies that the puppy shall be given adequate and proper housing and shade, shall not be kept tied or chained for any length of time, and shall in no way be mistreated. Buyer must have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 3 days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening and needs to be euthanized a written statement from your veterinary is required, We will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal or lesser value, shipping at buyers expense. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then the Buyer will be responsible for the cost difference. There will be no refund on shipping charges and all deposits are non-refundable. Please note: Coccidiosis, Hypoglycemia, Parasites and Viral infections are not covered under this warranty. Your puppy has a 1 year life warranty. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within the first year of ownership, High Desert Bostons, will provide a replacement puppy, the Buyer must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian, including all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim we will need a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of the puppy's health record from the veterinarian. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from a next available litter whelped.
